For even a non-WIS the name (TAG) Heuer rings the bell. Early Heuer vintage models are pretty sought-after. In this posting we'll familiarize yourself with one of their classic yet affordable versions and its modern counterpart.Heuer 73473S Versus Autodromo PrototipoThe Heuer 73473 was introduced in early 1970s (probably around 1971) same time many iconic car racing and races inspired Heuers like the Carrera. This however carries a plain dial with merely ‘Heuerand ‘Swisswritten on it. There's 2 models in existence the 73473 S that's silver dial and grey registers and the 73473 N that has grey dial and silver registers.Besides these 2 versions Heuer released another 2 examples without the date feature within the reference 73373S and N. Note the second and 3rd digits from the reference number indicates what movement the watch houses. The watch you want has a Valjoux 7734 containing the date feature as you move the Valjoux 7733 does not.
